Kurri Kurri Community Centre Inc

KC Club is a service of Coalfields Community Options Programme and enables people to enjoy social get togethers and outings once a month.

KC CLUB meets one Monday per calendar month, alternating monthly between activities & lunch at Kurri Kurri Community Centre, and Social Outings.

There will also be Melbourne Cup Day festivities at the Community Centre, and a Christmas Party, to which all service users will be invited.

Activities at the Community Centre commence at 10am & finish at 2pm. Morning tea and lunch are provided. Clients would meet at Kurri Kurri Community Centre, or would be picked up and transported to KKCC and then transported home. A nominal fee is requested for bus.

Details of costs and times will be sent in a flyer 1 month prior to outings. Clients are to phone KKCC to confirm if they will be attending the outings.

Clients are requested to contribute to the service. Clients are also required to sign a "No alcohol & drugs" agreement, while attending centre based activities or group outings.

A calendar of dates will be posted out in January to all participants who are on our list. There will be eleven set dates on the calendar, these will include an invitation to the Melbourne Cup Day activities, held at Kurri Kurri Community Centre, and also to our Christmas Party.
